I am pretty sure that this is Olivia Palmero via the Sartorialist. I absolutely adore this outfit. The wide pants and the tailored jacket are perfectly coupled with that amazing bag.

ps. I wish I was on the City. I think my fast-paced Eugene life would make up for quite the enterntainment.

All I can think of when I see that pic is that I would completely trip over those pants/shoes. It's like walking on stilts!
